 Wal-Mart and Purina have teamed up with PETFINDER.COM to assist shelters from all over the country. They have tapped into PETFINDER.COM's enormous search engine to help find a cat or dog that is right for you.

The Wal-Mart Supercenter in Muskogee, Oklahoma has given us the space to hang a beautiful blue picture display provided by the Very Best Pet Network so that we can post pictures of animals that are ready to adopt at PAWS,Inc. We would like to thank them all for donating incentive Wal-Mart gift cards.

Don't forget our annual Animal Fest on October 24th, 2009 from 11 AM to 3 PM at Honor Heights Park. Bring your pets and family to have some fun. Pets must be on leash and shots up to date. There will be pet contests to enter your pets in, a Police K9 Demonstration, concessions, a clown making balloon animals, and lots of fun. PETCO will be there with lots of free gifts, coupons, goodies, and will be giving prizes for our pet contests. They will have a groomer there to do free pet toe nail clipping and a dog obedience professional givng small seminars. We will have raffle tickets for $10 each will are on sale at our shelter for chances to win many things to include a years supply of Science Diet dog food. We are a 501 C3 organization so donations are tax deductable. Come join us to raise money for PAWS so we can help the stray animals.
